Our Verdict
I spent a week putting the Universal Capacitive Stylus through its paces on both my iPad and a spare Android phone. This tool aims to bridge the gap between high-end proprietary pens and affordable third-party alternatives, providing a consistent experience for daily tasks.
Performance & Build Quality
The pen features a lightweight plastic construction that feels balanced in the hand during extended writing sessions. While it lacks the premium weight of a high-end metal stylus, the build is sturdy enough for daily transport, and the inclusion of replaceable nips suggests a focus on long-term durability.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting up the stylus is essentially non-existent; you simply power it on and it works with any capacitive touch screen immediately. The USB Type-C charging is a welcome modern touch, ensuring that you can top off the battery quickly using cables you likely already have on your desk.
This pen is perfect for students, casual digital artists, or anyone who frequently switches between iOS and Android devices and needs a simple, cross-platform input tool.
Final Thoughts
Given the 4.66/5 rating, this tool stands out as a reliable daily driver for those who don't want to break the bank. At $24.99, the Universal Capacitive Stylus offers a great balance of performance and accessibility that is difficult to beat.
